Eligibility for Refunds

Digital Courses:

Refunds for digital courses may be requested within 7 days of purchase if you have completed no more than 10% of the course content.
No refunds will be granted if a significant portion of the course has been accessed.

Physical Products:

If applicable, refunds for physical products may be requested within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Process for Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at snehsagar17@gmail.com with proof of purchase and reason for the request. We will review your request and respond within 7 business days.

Refund Approval

If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days. The refund will be issued via the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exceptions

Refunds will not be granted for discounted or promotional purchases.

Refund requests made after the specified period will not be eligible.
